Use of the ad creative demo tool on our website is subject to these Terms. Demo outputs are provided for illustrative purposes and do not constitute deliverables under any service agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent to these Terms. By using our website or Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Our content. The Relay name, logo, website design, and all content on relaysos.com are owned by or licensed to Relay SOS, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Demo outputs. AI-generated creative outputs produced through the demo tool on our website are provided without warranty and without assignment of any intellectual property rights. You use them at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring any commercial use complies with applicable laws.
Client content. Under a service agreement, Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets, product content, and data. Relay receives a limited license to use Client content solely to provide the Services.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our Services interact with third-party advertising platforms (including Meta and Google) and AI providers (including OpenAI). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and policies. Relay is not responsible for any changes to third-party platform policies that affect campaign performance or service delivery.
THE WEBSITE AND DEMO TOOL ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Relay does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Advertising performance results vary. Any case studies, statistics, or projected results on our website are illustrative and not guarantees of future performance.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RELAY SOS, INC. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the fees paid by you to Relay in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
