Relay SOS, Inc. ("Relay," "we," "us," or "our") operates relaysos.com and provides AI-powered advertising and landing page personalization services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with our advertising technology.
Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact or inquiry form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name, revenue range, and any message content you include.
Tracking pixel data. Our clients embed a Relay tracking pixel on their websites. Through this pixel, we may collect:
Ad interaction data. When users interact with advertisements we serve on behalf of our clients, we may collect click-through data, ad impression data, and conversion attribution signals.
Automatically collected data. When you visit relaysos.com, we collect standard web log data including IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
With clients. Campaign performance data and audience insights are shared with the brand clients on whose behalf we operate campaigns.
With advertising platforms. We transmit audience and conversion data to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other advertising platforms as part of our service delivery. This includes Conversions API (CAPI) data for attribution purposes.
With service providers. We engage third-party vendors for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and AI model APIs (including OpenAI). These vendors are contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose beyond providing services to us.
For legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Our tracking pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize returning visitors and attribute conversions. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Opting out of cookies may affect the functionality of client websites where our pixel is deployed.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Pixel and campaign data is retained for up to 36 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
